Some kind of bank ?

What is it, where do I get this and how does it work, lol.

Do you need to have credit cards because I only have debit card Grrrr

If I pay by e-credit will my account get upgrade once it clears? or instantly? I could just wait for the transfer from my bank but that takes a whole entire week.

your account will be upgraded once i receive the donation amount

there is no instant activation... even if you pay via paypal , it will take 4-5 hours (or sometime more)to verify and upgrade your account....

lol carly paypal is big payment site where you add your debit / credit card to recieve or send money..
